I've always rated Dr. Bobby 5 stars, in my book. However, one particular admin in front has caused me to rate this office with a 3. There was a slight misunderstanding when it came to the insurance and payment parts of a previous appointment, which led to her telling me that "when you go back there, maybe Dr. Bobby can teach you something..." her words verbatim. I was very surprised, especially because she has no clue as to what is said between the doctor and I, let alone the fact that I am a mother of 4. Long story short, D... read more

They did a good job on my son's teeth. They cared about his well being and his comfort.
We had a great experience. My son had to have two teeth pulled and Dr. Bobby made it a breeze. Everyone there is always nice and professional.
