First and foremost, I’d like to commend Dr. Quo and the dental assistants for their excellent care and professionalism. I found this dentistry through Google Maps reviews, so I decided to leave a review too, to help others decide. We had a super smooth, fun, and interactive experience with my toddler. Even though he is only 2.5 years old, the hygienist showed him how to brush, let him choose the flavor of the paste, encouraged him to try brushing himself, and then checked by asking him. I’ve been a patient here for a year or so for my 5 year old. I’ve tried not to put a bad review but few recent experiences haven’t been great. The front desk staff is really rude and unhelpful. For a children’s dentistry, they are pretty cold and rude and they were pretty condescending to me and my son. I wouldn’t recommend. Please train your staff to treat people better

Dr. Quo is fantastic. Great clinical skills, and consistently cheerful. Front desk not the best at communicating bills and charges, unfortunately. We started with Dr. Quo when we lived near there and stayed w him for ten years after we moved to another town though the commute was inconvenient. All three of my daughters were sad to outgrow him.
