I am really ashamed and baffled by the customer service these unprofessional leasing agents have . I was advised by the property manager that due to previous tenants that in so many words they don’t take chances with individuals who meet the property accommodations but need a “back bone” in case something was to happen to the primary tenant. If i can give 0 stars i would so last week i went and applied to get on the waiting list once i got done with application i return them to Reese whatever her name is. Once i turn the papers in she asked when i was looking to move i said aug not not one time this lady said anything about them she called me april 15 at 9:24 called back she said she called by accident that was lie so i get a letter from this unprofessional property stating that i got denied cause i ain’t respond to email i never received they know I ain’t recei... read more
