This PT office is truly special. I’m so thankful to Dr. Olivia, Adi, Janet, and the entire staff for helping me recover and get my knee back to an athletic condition through excellent physical therapy. Generally a good experience w the therapy itself, but a disappointing experience with how the office is run and "policies" that do not consider patient needs. They literally refuse to treat patients who will not commit to coming in "at least once a week" - note that's not once a week, it's AT LEAST once a week (verbatim quote from a recent call). I recently had ankle surgery and began my recovery having Physical Therapy at the POA. The Physical Therapists were exceptionally knowledgeable of the specific surgery I had and what it was going to take for me to successfully recover. The equipment was up-to-date and we'll maintained. I found the staff to be Professional, friendly and inviting to work with. Thanky you POA, It's great to be out and about walking again *pain free".
I’ve had a positive experience with my physical therapy at POA. The office is clean, comfortable and well organized. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient, making check-in quick and stress-free. My therapist, Vinson is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly invested in my progress. He explains each exercise and why it matters, and he adjusts the plan as needed to make sure I’m improving without overdoing it.
