Getting a refill on my prescription has seemed to be more than they can handle. I have now gone without my medicine for 24 hours and am still waiting. They tell you not to stop taking all at once but low and behold my doctor's office has done just that. Also keep getting a bill for my copay. I always pay my copay ($5.00) when I go.
By far the worst doctor office I have ever dealt with.
Everytime I'm here I wait forever. The clerical staff is cold and seem to hate their jobs. The male at the front desk is rude. I've been waiting an hour to see the doctor. At this rate I could go to a walk in clinic and be seen faster.
The best people . Love them. Can't say enough bout the staff
My husband and I both go here..we see Candy and she is absolutely amazing - the best care and always fits you in if an emergency too... great referrals to specialists if needed.... can't say enough good about Candy and the whole staff!
