I brought my Streetfighter V4S 2021 for oil with my oil filter, however been charged $350 including tax! I found it very very unpleasant experience and expensive price! John, the advisor at Ducati Oakville very rude, bad customer service and unhelpful person I’ve ever met , do believe that he too much tarred of his job ! Nothing for female motorcycle riders.
Not overly helpful, they do occasionally have the parts in-stock which is helpful. Asked to clarify a specification on a part they sell, it wasn't a match. They weren't able to get a substitution on specification.
Always happy getting my bike (Ducati Diavel) serviced there For years. The bike Ducati Diavel Runs like new. Would not go anywhere else. With 120000. Kms.Treat the bike with as much care I do.
