We have used them for years now and we’ve had extraordinarily great service. They communicated that they were on their way, and Justin and Tyrone were right on time. They did an amazing job in a very short period of time. Las Chimney Cleaning & Chimney Repairs Service are very professional and they cleaned everything up perfectly.
Very interesting. Pam the manager was very informative about the types of homes and compared modular to manufactured and stick built. I recommend meeting her before making a decision.
We had stopped into the model home last Saturday and were left with a less than good feeling about Peninsula. The lady that was manning the office that day, had no interest in helping us at all. She told us that they really don’t do modular anymore, just custom homes. Not sure what her name was, as she didn’t introduce herself. Just seems like a bad business practice, to drive business away?
