Cheyenne was a pleasure to deal with. Could not get all work done as no parts avail.
My tie rod broke on a Sunday at out trailer I got it towed to garage near my house on Monday they more or less said they couldn’t fix it. I talked to Grant at peninsula ford he said get it here and they would squeeze it in. Brooklynn helped me at the service desk I had both sides changed my inner outer tie rod ends all wheel alignment. Treated me fair I’m so happy
Oil change that was supposed to take an hour including wash vehicle now at 2 hours. Asked status said at least another 15 or 20 minutes. No loaner available but we did book just yesterday. No time now to visit my mother as this took too long. How do you stay in business if flat fee for oil change docked at an hour takes two or more? Doubt I will be back for another oil change here. Spend 75k or more on a vehicle and this is the service you get.
