RecommendedI recently had cataract surgery and the recovery isn’t going as well as we thought. Dr. Buck has called me personally to discuss my symptoms. When I called with worsening symptoms they fit me right away and Dr. Buck and his team stayed late after closing to make sure I was taken care of. My surgeon later told me at a follow that Dr. Buck has reached out to him to make sure I will doing okay. His staff is so friendly and caring!
The customer service displayed was at the highest level. Everyone is always so kind, willing to assist and just so easy to work with. Dr. Buck and his team really cater to the customer and provide the best possible solutions. The optometrist I had many years ago lacked customer service and just left me frustrated as well as dissatisfied. I was referred to this practice by a co-worker was listening to my frustrations. The best decision ever and I will be a customer for as long as his practice remains 😊😃!
Getting to visit Dr. Buck almost makes me happy to be nearly blind.
Great experience! I met with Dr Buck and he answered all my questions about my eye care. The rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful with my new eye glass purchase.
My mom has had trouble with the lenses in her eyeglasses becoming cloudy for the past two years. They replaced them twice and refused to correct the defective lenses after that, saying that she must somehow be causing the problem. She took the glasses to Hampton Roads Eye Associates for a second opinion. Both the eye doctor and the eyeglass department confirmed that the wrong type of lenses were used for the frames and that the pressure of the wire under the lenses was causing the change. Peninsula Eye Care LLC, was a wonderful experience. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Dr. Buck was awesome. Had to get progressive lenses for the first time but that comes with age I guess. Highly recommend them!
I love Dr. Buck and staff. I have been a patient for several years and highly recommend them. I recently had an eye scare and Dr. Buck went above and beyond to meet with me after hours to diagnose care and refer me to the proper specialist.
Best experience ever in optometry! Ive been to a few different doctors and never have I been to such a warm and welcoming place! The receptionists are always very kind, and Dr. Buck is a great doctor and very accommodating, especially with my kids. When it's time to pick glasses we are always treated with patience and gentle care.
