Peninsula Endodontics in Mountain View is a professional office from top to bottom. Dr. Shih’s front desk staff explained scheduling, billing, and insurance very clearly. Likewise, Dr. Shih explained my procedure in very clear terms and patiently answered questions before performing the root canal. He worked quickly and efficiently, and honestly I did not experience substantial pain during or after the procedure was completed. They made what could have been an anxiety provoking experience quite easy.
This review is directed only at the front desk staff, not at the doctors or assistants. My appointment was correctly scheduled at the office only 8 minutes from my home. However, the front desk wrote down the wrong address on the appointment card, sending me to a different location 30 minutes away. As a result, I wasted over an hour in transportation.
