I received excellent endodontic care from Dr Shih. After persistent teeth sensitivity, my dentist referred me to Dr Shih for further evaluation and treatment. Dr Shih was very fast and thorough with both his assessment and root canal treatment. There was no pain (just slightly sore) during and after. Recovery is going very well and Dr Shih called the morning after to check on me. Overall, Dr Shih has surpassed my expectations in endodontic care. Thank you Dr Shih!
Came in for an emergency root canal. The office took me in right away, and Dr. Shih explained the procedure thoroughly before performing the root canal. Two days later, I feel great.

Dr. Shih is an amazing specialist. When I had a similar procedure done on another tooth with a different endodontist, it took much longer. Dr. Shih completed everything in under an hour, which really surprised me. I also really appreciated that he personally called the next day to check on how I was doing. It’s been about a week and a half now, and my tooth feels completely fine. Highly recommend Dr. Shih.
I needed a root-canal between two implants and Dr. Shih did an excellent job that was quick and pain-free. My husband, my son, and I have all visited Dr. Shih and find the practice to be very comfortable and Dr. Shih's work is outstanding ~ we highly recommend the Peninsula Endodontic Group!
