I had a horrific experience at this place, particularly with the front office. They took advantage of my situation. I did a root canal paying my dues what they told me coming out of my pocket but later charged me substantially more. When asked they showed some documents that they made me sign. It's sad to see such scammers in this business. Please avoid them if you can.
The front desk two girls treated me with zero patience and zero respect. One of the girls was literally on the phone laughing and chatting with her friend instead of helping me. First, they told me my insurance wasn’t accepted. Later, they suddenly “found” my insurance and said I could proceed. After I was already given local anesthesia, they came in and told me my insurance only covered 50% and demanded that I immediately sign papers and pay $1,210 on the spot.
