Pathetic reception. Followed up in relation to a referral from my GP 4 months ago only to be told I haven't been contactable. They actually had rung me once for an appointment which I couldn't take as it was less than 12 hours notice. At that phone call the receptionist told me I probably wouldn't have to wait too long. That was in November. Now 3 months on I have rung them to be told I am uncontactable. Extremely poor service from them.
Dr Marguerite Seith was highly recommended to me and I have found to her to be fabulous. She has looked after all my skin concerns and is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and and genuinely caring. I trust her completely with all my skin concerns and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommen
