I always appreciate having my teeth cleaned by Nicole at Dr. Christina Bianco's office. Nicole is friendly, personable, thoroughly professional, completely present and engaged with what is going on when Dr. Bianco needs information of what they are watching in my dental care. Mark, was wonderful as usual. I was very grateful for the time he took explaining the safety protocols in the office and building. I also appreciated his explanation of all the safety precautions he had to personally take in order to be in the office. I felt very comfortable being in his care.
Dr May’s appointments run on time. Excellent dental care. I felt very safe with COVID-19 safety precautions by Dr May and Staff. Highly recommend.
Finding a new dentist after moving to a new area can be difficult. My husband and I were very fortunate to come to the perfect dental practice right away. Dr. Corriveau was extremely kind and explained everything in a very patient way. He and his wonderful assistant Rhonda made us feel so comfortable. Both have a great sense of humor too. Years ago,a friend recommended Dr. Corriveau and I have been extremely thankful ever since. He demonstrates extensive knowledge skill ( and wit) all of which conveys a calming confidence with every visit. Office staff are always friendly,professional and especially helpful in making sense of the complex business / insurance issues. And finally, all the dental assistants - over the years- have also been efficient and particularly helpful with suggestions for better dental management.
I was dreading it, but Dr. Lehr provided state-of-the art - and painless! - care for me when fitting a crown. More recently, the office twice squeezed me into their schedule with a chipped tooth; each time my tooth was promptly repaired. Dr. Lehr always carefully explains his treatment plans and offers me options. I strongly recommend Dr. Lehr and his staff for their collective superior expertise and their kind consideration of their patients.
Everyone from Kim (the calm, competent, and sweet receptionist), to Mark (hygienist) and Dr. Falkel, are as good as it gets. Mark and Dr. Falkel are both very patient in answering my many questions, and do so at my level of vocabulary (retired teacher/trainer). They are great about preparing the patient for exactly what is going to happen next, thereby preventing unnecessary worry. I show up willingly to appointments with no "calm pills" needed!
