2 days before my child’s appointment they send me a text message about incomplete forms. I called to ask cause I had completed the required documents. This is when they tell me I have to put a credit or debit card on file for them to charge anytime they want. If I don’t put the card on file then my child will not be seen by the practice. Seriously. I’m happy to have a rule about paying the copay before the session starts. But how is it appropriate to require a family to put a card on file for them to charge whatever they wan... read more
