I don’t know if this office really exists. Everytime I call their office number, it says it is unavailable. So I have to communicate through email but it is like pulling teeth as well. It takes dayssss before someone replies. When you need someone very badly because mental issues cannot wait for a day , this office is a joke. So I just called Aetna to give me a new list of providers so we can go to someone who cares about people.
Excellent therapist, who is a fully licensed clinical psychologist with PBH, has been a hugely beneficial resource for our teenager.
