I was shopping in Penhollows today, and it was fantastic. The two gentlemen who were working were exceptional. They spent time showing many of their offerings, were so friendly and helpful. The store has amazing and unique products in many different price-points. You can get gourmet foods, vintage items, children's things; the list goes on and on. I purchased two candle holders and chocolate covered Halloween Oreos! I HIGHLY recommend this business.
I will not be frequenting this store again any time soon. I found several nice items and attempted to check the price tag so that I could possibly purchase them. The owner verbally corrected me as if I were a small child. He stated that I needed to use both hands if I intended to touch any items in his shop. His disrespectful and unwelcoming attitude discouraged me from shopping further.
Worker was extremely unfriendly and made us feel very uncomfortable upon entering giving us dirty looks and warning us about our unopened drinks.
Such a charming place to shop. Looking for something special come here and check this place out. Great customer service too!
