Shona H Well, the windows are OK, but Penguin Windows Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired. They frequently do not return phone calls when they say they will and then the flip side is the Salesman phones you persistently when you don't want him to. The installers used the wrong colored caulking after installing some windows and the whole lot had to be re-done. They left trim off some outside windows and did not replace it. A service manager came out to fix the trim and caulking, and when we explained the laundry list ... read more
