Bad service and aggressive enforcement of their "contracts" when you try to cancel. Go somewhere else
Absolute scum, don't show up for 3 months, I cancel service. This company pesters me for months about money that I don't owe. Then put an erroneous amount on my credit report. I will be challenging this with the credit agencies and telling everyone I know to stay far away from you
Bill was amazing! They were chip sealing the road in front of my house and could not drive down it. I told him that I was OK with rescheduling. He insisted that he would walk to my house. Now that's great customer service!!
Dealing with Penguin is great. Some of the other pest control companies in town are a bit over the top pushy for us. I also appreciate the Penguin hasn't come and knocked on my door doing door to door sales with pushy sales people. Their service was great and they were very nice on the phone and in person. They texted when they were on their way and were very communicative throughout the process.
