I have been with Penguin for more than 2 years and they have never disappoint. I used to have these red spiders and crickets in my home and ants in my yard, since being on their 4-treatment plan we rarely see insects in and around our home. Recently, I had I treatment done and the elm bugs were still entering my home. They came back and sprayed around my home free of charge. I have to say that second treatment did the job!
