Just tried to check availability and they told me they don't service my area that is 7.4 miles away. Interesting.
Todd came to my house to fix my running toilet. Did the job quick & efficiently. I heard him say something about ‘re-piping’ I thought, oh here we go! Todd fixed the original problem without trying to up sell me. Did mention that eventually my pipes are going to cause a lot of problems. Todd & the other guy (didn’t catch his name) were very polite, courteous, & professional.
My reason for requesting service was due to a foul smell coming from my ducts. I mean, really nasty. Technician was timely, courteous, and professional. He went up on roof and inspected my HVAC unit, but did not find anything remarkable, said everything looked good. He was unable to identify source of bad smell. He recommended I engage the services of an air duct company (I guess Penqiun doesn't do duct work) and a different size filter.
