Bought our AC unit not even a year ago and got the 10 year warranty, guess what....THEY ARE NOT HONORING THEIR OWN WARRANTY. No wonder y'all closed up shop in Texas !
These guys are great, I started with them recently and they were going to do a system check. Of course, that was the day Patricia decided to visit. They rescheduled giving me prompt service and time. When they did come out, the service tech was prompt, clean, uniformed, polite. and professional. I will use them as they are now my go to guys for HVAC services.
Tim and team were excellent to work with. The team prepared an affordable quote and were quick to work around our busy schedule. The installation team was fast, efficient, and courteous. They arrived onsite and within just a few hours had our complete A/C and heater installed and working. I highly recommend Penguin Air of Austin!!! Thanks Guys!
