I wouldn't even give them a one star . Horrible food tasted like it had been sitting for a few days .Was very disappointed because I've hurd it was a good place to eat . .
Last night we ordered food to go. When we got home the food was old and the chicken was tough. I tried to call the business at 8:18 but they had already closed. Today I called and the owner argued with me about not bringing the food back to the restaurant as I would've done last night had the restaurant still been open. The owner was very argumentative and rude. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
Pengs is such a good restaurant!! We moved to Woodstock, but we still go back for some Chinese when we get a hankering...
