The same thing happened to me as to all of you. They charged me $3,000 for not having insurance, although I did have it. In addition, it is now more than what the car cost me. I believe that these banks work hand in hand with the government. The interest they are charging is so much that I can't find a way out. I have never had any problems like this at any bank. We should all do something about this together.
Pentagon phone answering service is the worst ever. I spent over an hour waiting for someone to provide me service and no one answer the phone. Customer service is the worst I ever seen.
This is the worst bank you can go to. I had a 1 month late payment on a credit card with them, they actually caused my payment to be misapplied and then I contacted them to try and clear it up. They refused to work with me even though I contacted them a month and a couple days after the account had become late. They didn’t want to work anything out like removing the item after I offered to pay the entire balance which was only a couple hundred dollars. They enjoyed reporting my account 1 month late. do not get any credit cards from this ungrateful company. I paid half my credit card and my credit line was decreased 6 days after. Payment went no where. Total scam.
