Terrible Worst treatment I ever received. Went for a hair cut and perm and she was very rough all the way thru. The shampoo was the start, very painful. The hair cut was even worst. Yanked the tangles out and rough again. The perm was again very painful. Taking the rollers out was ok. Then came the styling. I should have just left but stayed to finish. Penel's I walked into Penels on my way home from work, I got a nice haircut and I am definitley going back. They treated me like I was part of the family, and had me walking out of there looking and feeling great.
