Customer service is very friendly (when you are actually able to get through). Automated phone system is not great. Do not do the “call back” option, they won’t call back.
I literaly been on phone with this company since Friday! It is now Tuesday and I sat on hold today on and off for 7 hours!!!! Every person other than one had hung up cause it was too close to the end of their work day to care apparently. I have provided my lease agreement, sent them email after email of everything they required from me.
