There is always an extended wait when calling, i've put in for the call back when its my turn and never receive a call... you need more people that can speak to someone
Horrible. Their automated phone system is the worst I've ever dealt with. Finally made it through to an operator and she transferred me, had to wait over an hour to get through to the right person. Customer service is atrocious
They replaced a utility pole in my yard. They put the dirt and sod back in a way that makes it look horrible. They left a flag laying in the dirt and a piece of garbage in the yard. And the worst of it all is they accidentally cut the line to my internet. I had to get the internet company to come out and put a new line in. These people are unprofessional and don't know how to do their job correctly.
This is the most inconsistent service I have ever received living anywhere in the US. Planned power outages constantly change times, leaving businesses to close....then power is out for moments...or they keep increasing times and dates for planned outages.
