Shame on you for hiring hack contractors (specifically Lewis Tree Service, check their reviews). Left with damaged property and no recourse. Its a problem between Lewis and I, even though money exchanges hands between Penelec and Lewis. Help?- no. Conflict - yes.
I've called them 6+ times now and the hold times are outrageous. If I could give them zero stars I would absolutely do that. I would rather get solar panels then deal with this company.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Power has been out for over 12 hrs at this point. There is little outages and the estimated restoration time is on a 2 hour timer. Once it reaches 2 hours it resets to another 2 hours back. Absolutely pathetic.
Can’t ever talk to a human being when calling and power goes out so often in my area with no good reasons
