Random power outage for hours when it was a normal day. Not sure how that even happen without any heads up. No updates on fixes either. Not very good at all
Never received statements. Didn’t know my electricity bill was due/past due. No notice for shut off. 2-3 hour wait times to get in contact with someone.
Customer service is non existent, but when you are the only game in town l guess you really don’t need any. The service provided however is spot on. The good news you don’t need customer service very often.
