RecommendedI just wanted to take a moment to say that the entire staff here are absolutely wonderful people with terrific attitudes who are not only really helpful, but also just always leave me feeling happy after speaking with any one of them. I felt instantly at home here, and love it because of them as much as anything else. 😊
It reminds me of resorts we used to enjoy vacations in. Now our daughter is paying for her own as she finishes her last term at Kettering University in Flint MI. Proud parent moment! When your child is able to finance her education etc. Thank You, Pendleton Park!
Love it here! They are constantly making sure the sidewalks, roads, landscaping, park, pool is up to date and they fix everything and anything if it's not looking good. They have a ton of amenities, the office staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable! I haven't regretted picking this place once! They also have a book club, kids games night, parents night with free drinks and pizza and other things every month making it really easy to meet other people!
Excellent place to live! Tons of amenities such as gym, pool, hot tub, on-site dry cleaning pick-up and community activities. The office staff are friendly and make living here a wonderful experience.
