I lived there for 6 years and yes my apartment was a little outdated and everything started breaking towards the end but I’m almost positive that everything will be gutted and upgraded now that we have left. I never had issues here. Super quiet and pretty much everyone keeps to themselves. For the price and what you get I believe it’s worth it. Washer and dryers and water included which is also a steal! Never had an issue with management and maintenance always responded fast.
