We love our place. The management is sooooooo much better now. Great ladies, & the Leasing Specialist is bilingual & also a notary, something to help everyone. The maintenance guys are great also, we love our home & everyone there that runs the property & takes care of it. Thank you all.
I lived at Pendleton Lake East from 2018 to 2020. After I had put in my notice to leave, apartment staff entered my apartment without a notice and without it being due to an emergency. My cat got out of the apartment! Fortunately a neighbor took her in and I was able to locate her with the help of a Facebook group. I would not recommend this complex. Management and staff are rude.
