She is very knowledgable, professional, and personable. She genuinely cares about you as a customer and will get you the most value with your diamonds. She took what often times is described as a difficult and stressful decision and made it an easy and seamless one. The big box brands that you see on TV just cannot compare!
Kelsey was incredible to work with. She walked me through every step of the design process, delivering a unique engagement ring that my fiance absolutely loves!
