A very nice apartment complex. Love the landscape. The breezeways in the buildings are wide and makes it easy to move your furniture in and out. Love that it's very close to the downtown Orlando area.
Cheers to 7 years !!!!! Since Christie Siestma took over last month, I’ve seen a noticeable shift in how things are handled. Requests I had made several times before were finally resolved within just a few days under her leadership. That kind of attentiveness and follow-through is rare, and I truly hope the company does everything they can to keep her in this role. I was given a roach infested apartment. To the point where they were everywhere, even in the kitchen appliances. They broke my lease but are now refusing to refund the $683 I paid for “move in”. I did not move into this apartment and immediately let the office know. They claim they had no other units available because there’s a “waitlist”. And? I had a signed lease and an uninhabitable apartment. DO NOT APPLY TO LIVE HERE.
Don’t recommend at ALL!! Cars broken into and stolen from out here . Maintenance don’t fix shit and the office is never open. Breezeway and parking lots are filled with trash. The kids steal your packages from your porch . Dog shit everywhere and dogs barking all day on porch . Let’s other people park in complex when a big major event is happening like Classics and EDC.
My car was broken into, notified the police and filed a report. Reported it to the office to see if they would look at the cameras for me since I was parked up front in camera range, they wouldn’t/didn’t do it for me…. Kids running up and down the stairs littering, locks on the gates always broken, pool not cleaned, and drug bust across from me.
