safe and easy parking was only good thing. dated apt. cement floors. no fans and with humidity hard to sleep. noisy neighbors with loud music. not safe to go outside. gym cardio was out of order. hallway smelled bad like garbage at time. no trash pickup at times. no warning on parking pass charge until day of move etc.
All and all the place is good. They just need to be more transparent with their rent. What is on the lease is not what you pay, It's about $200 dollars more and most of the additional costs aren't optional.
Huge shoutout to Elirenzo from maintenance, he fixed my A/C incredibly fast! I put in a request and he was there in no time, quickly figured out the issue, and had it working again before I knew it. Super professional, friendly, and efficient. With the air kicking in no time, I really appreciated how fast he got it done. Thanks, Elirenzo!
If I could give this place negative stars it would be done, from the management to how disgusting this place really is. Management- Katie and the maintenance team are amazing and eager to always help and are always working hard to try and keep this dump from falling apart. Other than that everyone is rude. I have been booted 7 times since i have moved here and the property manager Shanae, is simply not up to the task. She’s unresponsive, unhelpful, and seems indifferent to residents’ concerns.
