Elevator been out for over a week. This is uncalled for. Corporate property management company is more than aware yet nothing has been done to expedite this matter. However, I found it hard to believe that this would be the case at their other more expensive properties. My issue is not with the leasing agents, it is with Greystar and Willow Bridge.
Absolutely do not move here. Literally stay under a bridge instead. In the mist of being early postpartum, I was constantly harassed by emails that I need to renew way earlier than my lease was over or else the price would go up leaving me. No chance to find a new place or make a decision with a sound mind. Once I finally was able to consider it, I wanted to void my lease and move to month-to-month so that they could have the proper amount of notice before I leave - one of the property workers said that it was an option, but... read more
If you like your car being broken into, this is the place for you!
Would not recommend. HIGH security issues with no investment in fixing it, constantly broken elevators/doors, and numerous other issues. Positive: The location is solid, the apartment layouts and nice and bigger than most places, and the people who work here are nice. But that's about it. The price is lower than most other places, but not worth the issues of the place. Negative: - ZERO security. Many, many people have had cars broken into. I have lived at this property for three years now and moving out in a couple of days. If I'm being honest this property is not one I would recommend. Initially, we moved in as a rush decision because our lease was running out at the last apartment and I had school starting soon. The property itself seemed solid, there was plenty of space we enjoyed our view, and moving in was exciting but very quickly we learned this property was chaos.
