**UPDATE** The AC was repaired nearly a month after the initial maintenance request on 6/26/25 (the beginning of the longest heatwave in Atlanta, GA). Since that point the maintenance (which had their hands tied with the AC issue) has neglected to respond to any work orders I made since that point (2 total over a month ago). AND SO WAS THE STAFF WHEN WE FIRST ARRIVED BUT AS THE MONTHS PASSED SO DID THE STAFFS FACES AND ATTITUDES. (Edited) Biggest cons at pencil factory -security; when I moved in June 2024, a security guard would walk the complex halls and “patrol the grounds” by move out July 2025 there is no security guard . Parking gate has been stuck open for weeks. Disregard for tenant safety; certificates for elevators are often months expired before addressed. Fob entry to building 3 level 3 has been unlocked for the duration of my lease, I sent an email to Katie on 1/9/25 requesting it be fixed.
