There has been a change in management at these apartments, and I would definitely say it is for the better. Jermaine is the new Community Manager and working with him has been a great. He definitely cares about the residents and upkeep of the property. Since he has arrived, his focus has been to understand the concerns of the residents so that he can make sure he is meeting them quickly and correctly. The safety of the residents is definitely a priority.
**UPDATE** After months, someone finally showed up to fix the crack in the wall and they did a great job (outside contractor). No one ever showed up to fix the flooring issue (+3 month maintenance ticket), so I fixed it myself.
Update 11/04/25: I received a move out statement via email from their accounts receivable department aka collections. They are claiming we owe $400 labeled as a move out statement but it’s for application fee and admin fee. Both fees were waived and there were NO disclosures stating that if for any reason, including reasons unrelated to us, that we would need to pay a fee that was waived. This is fraud. ROACH FACTORY. This building is TERRIBLE if you value your peace of mind don’t move here. The property is old and untaken care of. Elevator is always broken or either the door. The roaches are everywhere the hallway, the elevator, hell even the drains.
