My first time at Penazz yesterday was wonderful! All the women are so kind and upbeat. Larissa cut and colored my hair and I could not have been more impressed! Super reasonably priced as well 😍
Came here in September for my first time and had Alexis as my stylist. I have only been blonde and wanted to go darker, and she was super helpful in helping pick out color swatches and discussing with me what the best action plan would be to get my desired result. I was soooo happy with my hair! It came to a beautiful brown with some balayage highlights. I recently came back on November 15 to again go darker since my color had faded. Had a pregnancy message and it was so uncomfortable!!! I would never reccomend it. I had the lady stop it hurt my stomach and boobs!!! They do not have pregnancy pillows so I had to lay on a regular pillow. The lady was nice and kept apologizing saying they should of told me on the phone. Very friendly gal tho!! I would definitely go to her I was not pregnant!

I have always gone to Amber and Melissa for my massages and facials and have never once left disappointed. Today, I went to Alexis for my hair after only ever going to three other people my whole life because of how picky I am and let me tell you what, I am so glad I went out in the limb and decided to! She was very precise on the color, took her time during the process, and did an AMAZING job! Will definitely be making this my new go to place for my hair!
Was here with a bridal party. Hair was great, makeup was a different story. She didn’t know how to do eyebrows, blend my neck, and didn’t even offer me mascara. Myself and the other girls who got their makeup done were very disappointed.
