Love Dr. Ray! He makes my very nervous kitties feel safe. He doesn’t overcharge or recommend expensive, unnecessary treatments. He takes all the time he needs to clearly explain a pet’s options and treatment plan.
Amazing team! We moved to PQ two years ago and just so glad a friend recommended this place! We were assigned to Dr Picht who went above and beyond when our elderly cat went on the decline and was ultimately put down. But all of the staff members are so friendly, patient, and supportive: very professional with every interaction! They all genuinely seem to enjoy working there! Another small thing but one I liked: they have separate entrances for dogs and cats.
I went in because my cat's canine tooth was broken. Dr. Ray checked it out and told me that it was totally fine and she is not experiencing any pain whatsoever. I was concerned because she was having behavioral issues and I believed that she was in pain due to her tooth. He doubled down and asserted that there is no cause for concern, she is not in pain, and that she will be able to eat and live with it normally. Quality care with fair and honest opinions about treatment.
Beware of added exam added to just shots. I made an appointment as a shot clinic, did not need a brief exam but that was already added in. Cost was more than the shot itself.
