Excellent experience start to finish. Great Dr, relatable, professional, knowledgeable and attentive.
Terrible bed side manner. Didn’t even acknowledge kid in the room. Unbelievably terrible service from doctor. Did not handle questions well, completely abrasive and rude. Think five times before taking your kids to her. Traumatized us.
I love LOVE LOVE Dr. Maria Pena!!!!! In 2019, my daughter needed to have surgery to remove a cyst near her ear, and Dr. Pena was THE BEST! She explained everything to me and she prepared my 6 year old, who was such a big girl throughout the entire process. We were able o enjoy our summer vacation and she had the surgery before school started. Dr. Pena's bedside manner was impeccable, and I recommend her to anyone. My pediatrician recognized her name and knows great things about her! My little girl was in excellent hands.
Dr. Pena did a wonderful job with my 6 year old daughter for her tonsils and adenoids surgery. She carefully explained everything (which gave me some ease) and she answered all my questions thoroughly! She was very comforting and treated my daughter with love & care. The surgery was a success and my daughter was quickly back to her normal self.
