Love living here! The folks at the leasing office are very sweet and helpful. Although the buildings are old and historic, they’ve done a great job and redoing the interiors!

I would not recommend living here to anyone. Major problem with people smoking inside the building.
My last 2 maintenance request were never resolved but I received an email saying they were. Put in a request to fix/ repair my smoke alarm after it went off one evening for no reason. Although alarm was trigged and went off for several minutes staff was not alerted until the next morning. Staff asked was my alarm going off and I told them it had the night before and that I had taken it down. Staff reminded me that taking down a smoke detector down was a felony and sent someone to half way fix the issue and left pieces in att... read more
