Seen as quickly as could be expected, underwent blood tests and imaging promptly after first consult with the ER doctor, got a clear explanation of results and next steps ASAP. Appreciate the professional demeanor and clear communication from every person I dealt with (security guard, the nurses, the imaging techs, and the doctor).
I was in for a procedure yesterday and every single staff member I came in contact with was caring, attentive and professional. I was highly impressed with my experience.
