This company allows an elevator to not work in their Crossroads Center on Newtown Rd. Today for the second time, I got stuck in the elevator and had to walk down 6 flights of stairs. I have Fibromyalgia and it was very difficult for me. I called them today and the woman lied to me saying that the elevator was checked monthly but I got stuck in this elevator a month ago.
