First let me say that I would recommend any one in the Pembroke area to stay here in the future given the location and type of rooms and furniture offered for the price . The staff is always smiling, friendly and helpful, check in for me was a breeze without too much time consuming or a hassle.
Lived here for 2 years and I am not impressed. They claim that it is a gated community and it is not. The gates are always broken and the front one has never been down. They always say they are waiting on a part. They tell you that every apartment has an alarm, but they do not tell you is that you have to have a land line for some of them to work. Ive stay at many apartments since I've been in college but i can honestly say Pointe has been my best one so far, anytime something went wrong, it was fixed in a timely fashion and i always feel welcome when i have issues or a question, the property manager Leonard and staff Miah,Garien,Kelvin , Jahvae and the maintenance staff are always welcome to help and i appreciate that have honestly enjoyed staying here.
If I could give 0 stars I would. There is no pool or gym or office,and they seem in no rush to fix it. My fridge has been leaking since 2 years ago and has yet to be fixed regardless of the maintenance requests. Don't even have enough room to write everything wrong with living here. PLEASE don't make the mistake I did!! Anyone leaving a good review probably works there
I wish I could give this place 0 stars and I wish I had enough space to explain everything wrong with living here. They WILL take advantage of you because they think they can with all the students. The pool, gym, office has been closed since mid summer 2016 and I doubt it will be fixed by April or May when people start to go lay out. I'm not normally one to leave bad reviews on Facebook but after living here for a little over a year I can easily say it is the worst experience I have ever had with the management here. The club house caught fire over the summer and its February and its still not fixed, we are paying for the amenities promised but we can't use any of them and only got a measly $100 compensation for going on 8 months without a club house or pool. Man can't say enough great things about this place. Great staff, great living, best place to live within 30miles!
Best place I've stayed at since I came to Pembroke. Great management, always willing to help. Not too far from campus either.
