They are very unprofessional and I wish I would’ve saw the reviews before even going. They didn’t even take the time out to read my chart and see that I was 3 months pregnant and offered + charged me for nitrous YET I DIDN’T receive it. Then, when I called about it they said: “okayyy andd?” As if I was bothering them lol. Definitely going to take legal action and I recorded it for my own personal reasons. Thankfully I got proof. My experience at Pembroke Lakes Dental was a 10/10. The office staff were very professional. Everything is thoroughly explained. If you have no dental insurance, they also have financing options for you. I would 100% recommend their services.
