Amazing place great team , patient and kind , informative and professional!
My experience with this office is something I won’t forget — and not in a good way. I wasn’t even the patient, but the parent of a one-time patient. There was a billing issue following my daughter’s extraction, and due to a complete lack of clear instructions about financial responsibility, the charge was wrongly placed under my name, even though she has her own account. They have the most unprofessional staff, especially thier receptionist Christina (if that's her real name) and do not treat people with respect. When they do not hear what they want they hang up on you. The facility is dirty and unorganized.
I was treated with kindness and I would recommend their services to anyone.
Dr. Emanuel and Priscilla took time to explain everything and made me feel very comfortable. Will definitely come back.
