Amazing customer service. I called about issues with my Rolex and they took it in the same day and had it ready for me the next morning, can’t beat that!
In town for my honeymoon and forgot my ring. After trying 3 different jewelers we came across this place, and even though they were closed, Juan still opened the door for us and sold us a custom sized ring. When I tried to pay and leave a tip for his generosity, he refused. Even the ring itself was very reasonably priced. It made our day and made a great story. Honeymoon off to a great start. 100% recommend.
