Stopped by for the first time to have newly purchased Submariner resized. Along with a watch battery for my wife’s watch. The team were super friendly and it took less than 10 minutes and the price for the service was great. They even looked over my watch to make sure everything looked good. Thank you!

Amazing customer service. Me encantó todo el personal son muy profesionales. Fui porque unos de mis diamantes del anillo se me cayó me lo pusieron en 10 minutos y nos pulieron los anillos todo súper rápido. Recomendado !!
Amazing customer service. I called about issues with my Rolex and they took it in the same day and had it ready for me the next morning, can’t beat that!
In town for my honeymoon and forgot my ring. After trying 3 different jewelers we came across this place, and even though they were closed, Juan still opened the door for us and sold us a custom sized ring. When I tried to pay and leave a tip for his generosity, he refused. Even the ring itself was very reasonably priced. It made our day and made a great story. Honeymoon off to a great start. 100% recommend.
