They are taking very good care of the building and have done many improvements.
The best part of this building by far is the team of superintendents working here they work their tails off to keep this place maintained but things like hot water or lack there of in the building makes showering pretty miserable and the ancient windows throughout the building make heating/cooling both difficult and expensive.
