Horrible experience!!! Hired Ken Mooney at Pemberley Properties to build our home. There were so many errors. We took him to arbitration for our hardwood floor nightmare and WON. We were able to get our hardwood floors corrected by a professional company at Ken's expense. Errors included hardwood floors, framing, electrical, numerous leaks, stone archway not straight, damaged windows, and so many more.
