Oh my goodness where do I start..I’ve lived in Pelzer all my life. I haven’t been to that office since I was a child when Dr Koontz was there. I seen Dr. Cogdill and she was very experienced and knowledgeable. I really thought I was going to get frowned on for coming in with lower and upper back pain. I went to Pelzer Urgent Care about a rash I had. After talking to Dr. Cogdill about some of my other medical problems needles to say I moved my records to her to be my primary physician. The staff here is awesome! The nurse & the doctor takes time and listen to you more than other doctors normally do. So far I have gotten of several medications that I was on by my other primary doctor and some that I don’t need to be taking. Dr. Cogdill is very knowledgeable! Dedicated, uplifting, and well experienced individuals that are the best. They are the example of what other urgent cares should be like. I don't know how else to describe them than just saying they're the best compared to other small or big chain urgent cares. Can't compare when others are not on this clinic's level of greatness.
Dr. Cogdill is the absolute BEST! I am sooo thankful for her and everything she does for me and my family!! She goes above and beyond with everything she does and she does her research!! Thank you for your generosity and kindness, knowledge and wisdom! Love the Millers and Stewart’s! ❤️
