I was in the area for work and needed to visit an urgent care. From the moment I walked in, I had a great experience. Danette Cogdill, APRN, FNP-BC was outstanding. She took the time to thoroughly explain my condition, answer my questions, and make sure I understood how to properly treat it. Great little clinic. Im apprehensive to say the least about going to the Dr.'s. The staff here made me feel extremely welcome and seemed to actually care about my condition. I was seen quickly and I felt my concerns were actually listened to. Overall great experience and as much as I hope I dont have to go back, next time I wont be so apprehensive about doing so. I highly recommend Pelzer Urgent Care. They truly care about their patients and will go above and beyond to advocate on their behalf for medications, insurance, and premium care. The staff is so kind and willing to go the extra mile for their patients.
Danette Cogdill and staff are amazing. So friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and thorough. Didn't take too long to be seen.
