Going to Pelvic Sanity was one of the best things I have ever done! I had no clue so much of my pain and discomfort had to do with my pelvic floor muscles. My urologist strongly recommended I start PT at Pelvic Sanity. During my first visit Nicole was able to find that my frequent urination had a lot to do with my muscles sending the wrong messages telling my brain I needed to pee.
