This was the worse experience I’ve had at a medical office which was my daughter’s appointment. It started at the front desk for my daughter’s scheduled appointment but was told it was canceled. We never received a notice or a call, yet we received an appointment reminder the same day telling us to come in. The level of disorganization is unacceptable.
