Vanessa was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease.
Vanessa is the real deal! I went to a different pelvic floor PT after my first child and was pretty disappointed with the progress I made after 3 months when they discharged me. I am so much stronger, with significantly less pain and pelvic floor symptoms, 4 months postpartum after my second child compared to even a year+ after my first--and I attribute that to Vanessa's thoughtful approach. My experience here exceeded expectations, and I would absolutely recommend her to a friend!
I went to Vanessa for dry needling of my knee, and when she examined my C-section scar, she asked how sex was going. When I replied that it is very painful, she explained that the scar tissue can affect that. She dry needled my C-section scar and recommended some products by Medicine Mama which I promptly ordered that day. The effects were immediate- absolutely no pain with intercourse. I absolutely recommend seeing Vanessa if you are pregnant or have ever had a baby! She was such a gift to me during my pregnancy and postpartum. She helped with pelvic floor pain which is what I originally saw her for, but she was actually able to help with my back and pubic bone pain making pregnancy tolerable again! Vanessa is AMAZING! She is extremely knowledgeable about the pelvic region! I had been to 4 previous pelvic floor PTs and she was by far the smartest one! I wasn’t getting results anywhere else and Vanessa knew that we had to strengthen my hip before we could do anything else and I FINALLY GOT BETTER! Vanessa knows her stuff! If you have any issues in the pelvic floor or pelvic region… VANESSA is the ONE you NEED! I wouldn’t ever be where I am without her! ❤️
