I cannot recommend Zoe Saunders more. I had some trepidation about going and she made the experience easy and extremely valuable. She explained everything she was doing in a way that made me feel partnership with her and her goals for me. When she told me I didn’t need to come back I felt she had given me my life back and, at the same time I was a little sad. She is fantastic.
Zoe was amazing and extremely knowledgeable! Highly recommend for postpartum rehabilitation.
After not having the best experience elsewhere, I am so lucky to have landed with Zoe and the team at PHRC.
