I spoke to Robert Adkins on Saturday, I explained to him I wanted to test drive a car to see if I liked it. After a discussion he asked for my personal information, also my SS number. I explained it to him I did not want my credit ran, I just wanted to see if I liked the way the car drove first... Jason, due to the mouse found in your parents’ vehicle, the warranty cannot cover it. All of the ins and outs of their warranty can be found on the paperwork they took home with their vehicle 5 years ago. Sales department is great, but this place has the WORST service department. Always rude and never seems to get anything done.

Meeka in the service department will go above and beyond to get what your needing. Oscar in sales does amazing work. Yall are amazing. I got a flat tire on my car. My spare tire blew out. Was literally on my way to Walmart to get 4 new tires. My tire went out on the hill by the nissan dealership. I went in and asked if they could air it up enough till i got to Walmart.
