Will not honor the Gold Preferred Extended Warranty to repair my elderly Mother and Father's car. They are on a fixed income and had to come out of pocket with $500 to repair a blower fan that they had already paid $1900 for the additional warranty. I came in for routine oil change was waited on immediately and even though they were very busy for a Saturday my oil change was done in a timely matter . Very please with the service and I will give them 5 stars

At first I thought this place was amazing! They helped get my husband and I in 2 new vehicles, but I was wrong... We were approved for my car so we signed the contract, and left the car lot then 2 weeks later I get a call from them saying I have to bring the car back because the bank wouldn’t do it because my husband was a 1099 and not a W2!
