We worked with Dusty to find our car. Dusty actually listened to our needs and respected our price range. It was so refreshing to not have the typical sales guy pushiness that we have experienced when purchasing cars in the past. We had 3 kids under 6 in tow, and Dusty made sure the kids got snacks and water, and showed them to the play room to keep them happy, and our visit stress free. Just had oil change and power steering flush, really liked the technician sending me a video of his work and what recommendation he thought might need attention.
They were all very friendly and willing to solve my problem.

The service was excellent. Mitchel is my service rep and he takes great care of me and communicates what is going on with my vehicle. Just had the transmission replaced under extended warranty and it was the best dealership experience I have ever had.
I took my truck in to get a speaker replaced, and the service I got was more than I expected. they had the part in stock so I didn't have to wait for it to be ordered. Steve and Anthony were very helpful in getting me fixed up and back on the road.Thank you for getting me the brackets I needed for the bed of the truck.
1 Star How sad and disappointed I am for my parents. They came to the dealership looking for a truck (Nissan Titan Platinum Reserve) for my dad. The sales guy immediately told him they couldn’t get to their target payment without any kind of negotiation or finance guy or manager conversation. He’s retired Navy (23 years of service) and the salesman just brushed off my dads service...didn’t give them their gift card for test driving that my dad had the promo on his phone for and then (seriously!!!) wouldn’t let them back in t... read more
