Buyer Beware!!!Do not deal with Peltier *** in Tyler. I will be submitting my complaints to authorities with all names involved.Three weeks ago, i went to Peltier *** after talking on the phone to a salesman. He seemed nice and professional, but told me the price of the 2023 ******** LX was 34K (instead 27K on the sticker, which was hidden in the glove box.) I was looking to purchase a 2021 Kia Seltos EX for my widowed mother. I found one online at Peltier Kia. After speaking with the sales representative, I agreed to put a $3,000.00 deposit down as I live 4.5 hours away and would not be able to pick it up until the weekend after the upcoming weekend. They ran my credit, agreed to the terms that was originally offered, and requested a copy of my Drivers License and current Proof of Insurance. worst customer service I have ever encountered. car is under manufacturer warranty and they reduce the service due to sludge in the engine. even tho I have proof of oil change and I have only owned the vehicle for 2 months. my mother just passed away this morning and I'm worried I'm not going to able to get to the funeral. they know my situation and still refuse to help. i am soo upset right now . kia should be ashamed .
My husband and I purchased our Kia Optima from the Peltier family. They are 1000% honest, reliable, friendly... I could go on and on. Their customer service is amazing. I will only buy my cars from the Peltier dealerships. They go out of their way to have exceptional service.
Terrible dealership. They lie to you. They sell you a vehicle tell you it's yours then sell it out beneath you to someone else. Wasted my whole day
