If I could provide a "0" rating, I would do so! Do not go to this service center! They have completely ruined my vehicle from, forgetting to replace the oil cap and leaked ALL of the oil out of my Sorrento, to scratching it, neglecting to replace the engine splash shield and then being completely dismissive about the whole thing! Rude and unprofessional! I am actually filing a lawsuit against them. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU VALUE YOUR INVESTMENT!Ā

took my 2025 soul there for its first oil change. went to pick it up and was charged for a tire rotation, told them I never authorized that and did not think it was necessary at less than 7000 miles. they said we can take that off and rotate the tires back. Went in to pick out a car for my daughter. Cleo was personable enough and said we could pick up the car on Monday. He called me and said the car was sold so I asked him for the general manager Steve DiFranco to call me by end of day to see how he can work out another deal but never called me back. This dealership is all talk with no integrity.Ā
I drove more than three hours with cash in hand to purchase a vehicle after being told the day before that it was ready for pickup. Absolutely horrible service center! Had an engine replacement done in December 2025 and the very first oil change done five months later the starter suddenly goes up in their service bay! Asking $1000 to replace the starter even though it was a result of the faulty engine that it went bad! Filed a complaint to corporate and as a result, the vehicle was pushed out of the service bay by something causing a deep scratch and dent on the rear fender, then left in the lot completely disassembled with still no oil change!! The salesman, Gabriel, treated us like crap. The whole experience was unprofessional and he is clearly not worried about the customer. Just wants the sale and will push you to feel like you don't have a choice. When he was told that we couldn't come until lunch time, he said he will be gone to lunch and 6pm works better for him. The engine light kept going on and off, indicating transmission fluid pressure. I took it in and told them I wanted it fixed before the 100,000-mile warranty expired. The didn't tell that it wasn't valid for second owners. I told them I thought it was the pressure sensor. The said they would change me $250 diagnostics fee. After waiting six hour they said they think it was the pressure sensor and they would give me an estimate. Purchased a 2017 Audi A4. Brought back to PA for inspection and inspection station indicated that the front struts needed replaced and suggested I go back to dealer. Drove 1.45 hrs back and Dealer indicated what while it needs repaired, it still "passes" MD state inspection and declined to fix. This is a $2K repair. Save your money for a Dealership that values it's customers and customer service and puts cars on the lot that don't need expensive repairs.Ā
