I have lived at Pelter for a year, and then moved to their Mansion House and have been there a year as well. I have no intentions of leaving soon. The landlords DO take care of any issues you may have, you just have to tell them! The snow is always done early, they dont meddle in your business, and are very understanding. For the price it costs to live there, right in downtown Ludington, I find it is worth it. I'm a happy renter!
We lived there a while ago absolutely miserable. Carpets nasty. Loud neighbors. Just horrible all around.
